ABOUT US

We have spent over 20 years working with vulnerable groups, supporting people through a wide range of mental health challenges. Over the years, we've seen how the right support, at the right time, can help people overcome difficulties, find balance and live their best lives. This is what drives our passion for therapy.

We share the same belief: that with compassion, understanding, and collaborative work, people can move past trauma and adversity. Our approach is rooted in respect, empathy and the practical, evidence-based principles of CBT.

Having worked together for many years with both individuals and groups, we
realised that combining our experience and skills could make an even greater
difference. Completing our Postgraduate Diploma in CBT together felt like the
natural next step in creating a service where we could offer focused, supportive,
and personalised care.

We are committed to providing a space where people feel heard, safe,
and supported—a place to pause, reflect, and start building the life they want, one
step at a time.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a psychotherapeutic approach that focuses on
identifying and modifying negative thought patterns and maladaptive behaviours to improve
mental health and overall functioning.
2/ How does CBT work?

CBT operates on the principle that thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are interconnected. By breaking down problems into smaller parts and focusing on current issues, CBT teaches practical coping strategies to challenge unhelpful habits and adopt more positive ones.

CBT is evidence-based which means research has shown it is highly effective in treating a variety of mental health concerns. It can be as effective, or more effective, than medication for certain conditions.

4 / Can CBT be done online?

Yes, CBT can be delivered remotely or online.

5 / How long does CBT take
